The theatre is old, the air is suitably musty

Care has been taken to impress the beholder, the lush red seats maintain their comfort, with armrests ending in balled eagles claws empowering the experience. Thick velvet hugs the stage, tied back appropriately to frame a window that overlooks whichever world the projectionist chooses. As the lights dim with a crackle it's easy to imagine an Igor carefully pulling leavers, discharging ancient thermionic valves. White light splatters onto the canvas as the projector chugs into life, film winding it's way through the beast, whirls and chirps form from the mystic room above and behind. Flickers become images that steadily dance into motion, as rapture ensues, you are at the center of it all

Hey Robbie! I loved this; there was a wonderful untouched old cinema I used to go to, and this reminded me of it. And Fritz Lang would be proud of you. Indigo
