A haunting Restoration

In 2007 I made a series of pictures for an exhibition that revolved around a 16th century mansion house in Rochecher. After walking around the property, I wondered what it must of been like to be a child living in such a place. I found the solid construction to be prison like and the shadow play quite haunting, I envisioned a child's imagination would conjure up equally wonderful or horrifying adventures.
Thank you for stopping by :)
